1. Tear open foil packet to reveal the strips by taking an edge and pulling the soft strip off the plastic film.
2. Brush and floss teeth. Then proceed to place the bottom strip first, fave the gel side to the tooth's surface, and repeat with the top.
3. Keep strips on teeth for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
4. Remove strips and discard. Rinse away any existing gel and admire.
